Every single staff member was warm, attentive, and always ready to help — no matter the time of day. Their hospitality truly made a difference and set the tone for our entire stay. We were delighted to receive a room upgrade upon check-in, which was a lovely and unexpected surprise. The room itself was beautifully appointed, very spacious and comfortable, and housekeeping was impeccable throughout our stay. Breakfast was a real highlight — varied, fresh, and delicious every morning. And in the evenings, the hotel bar is the perfect place to unwind with a glass of champagne after a day of exploring this magnificent city. The location is also excellent — well situated and convenient for getting around Buenos Aires. Overall, our stay was simply perfect. We will definitely be back!"

"We had an excellent experience over our two-night stay in a suite within the historic mansion building. Such a beautiful, private setting with vintage-but-fresh furnishings and decor (and seemingly a private security force). We enjoyed starting each day with breakfast at Elena - great service, coffee offerings, and array of delicious and healthy food. The pool was well heated and a relaxing stopping point at the end of each day - so nice to float while looking up at the gorgeous Mansion and blue sky. Special thanks to our guest service ambassador Candela De Marco. She set a platinum standard for guest care and attentiveness, even by FS's extremely high standards. The front desk and concierge staff were welcoming and helpful, too. Would definitely pick the FS if we return to Buenos Aires."
