"I have just concluded a wonderful family trip to the Blue Mountains, and our stay at the chalet in Blackheath was truly exceptional. The chalet was beautifully designed, with spacious, comfortable rooms and excellent facilities that made our stay both relaxing and memorable. Surrounded by lush greenery, it was the perfect retreat for nature lovers. As an avid birdwatcher, I was especially delighted to spot four lifer species during my stay, including the magnificent Gang-gang Cockatoo—a highlight of the trip. A special mention goes to Shawn, who was an outstanding host. He was warm, welcoming, incredibly helpful, and went out of his way to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Overall, this was money very well spent. I would highly recommend this chalet to anyone visiting the Blue Mountains, whether you’re looking for a peaceful family getaway, a nature retreat, or simply a relaxing escape. "We felt incredibly relaxed and immersed in nature. The service was second to none, and we would highly recommend it to everyone. The BBQ was delicious—we enjoyed it almost every night. Jack and Kesh were great, very helpful and accommodating. The in-room massage by Bianca was one of the best I’ve ever had. We went on the Breakfast with Kangaroos tour with Eric, who was extremely knowledgeable and took us to lesser-known spots, guiding us through valleys that felt even more magical than the main tourist areas. Overall, a very relaxed staycation, that is not too far out of Sydney, albeit feels other worldly!"
