"Stayed here for Australian Open- handy location to transport and facilities. Comfortable hotel but room very small and misleading on website. Unfortunately the hotel preferred car park is suboptimal. Our car was maliciously damaged the first night of our stay. Checked out one day earlier than planned to enable us to travel home for car repairs. Hotel then charged my credit card for breakfast the morning after our checkout, and refused to compensate for the night we were not staying despite assurances at checkout we would be reimbursed. (Obviously the room was occupied the night we left so the hotel received double accommodation fees). This was despite our booking site confirming agreement for reimbursement. We will not stay at this hotel again due to the lack of secure parking and would advise any future customers consider the risks before staying. We feel completely let down by the lack of empathy from staff and made to feel our experience was insignificant."

"Stayed here for 4 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Decor is very chic and groovy and we loved our room, we stayed in a groovy studio and the size was perfect for our length of stay. Everywhere was very clean, friendly staff and the breakfast was 10/10. Landry room is an added bonus! Definitely recommend and would return!"

"We stayed here with our daughters and had two rooms. The Rockstar room had a great setup with a large sitting area. The second room was smaller but still very comfortable. The hotel is well located, with a great design and a cool theme. The staff is friendly, and the restaurant and bar downstairs offer a high-quality breakfast. If you’re looking for a cool place to stay while traveling that does not feel like a chain, this is a great choice. I would recommend it to families and friends. If you can, invest in the Rockstar suite. It’s worth it."

"Listen, I get the whole retro vibe thing etc, but to be honest for a business trip I will never stay here again.. the rooms are too small to move around, there was nowhere to even put a laptop so I could check emails etc.. the bathroom basin was actually in the hall entrance. There was no ironing board or iron, and you had to use a shared laundry on another level..."
