"Our stay at Pier One Sydney Harbour was absolutely incredible and honestly unforgettable. The location alone is hard to beat. Being able to walk to so many different areas around Sydney while having the Harbour Bridge literally right there was such an amazing experience. The views were breathtaking day and night and made the entire trip feel special from the moment we arrived. I travel quite a bit, and this was easily one of my favorite hotel stays I’ve had in a long time. The entire staff was outstanding top to bottom. Everyone was welcoming, professional, kind, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast kitchen staff especially were incredible every single morning. The service and hospitality never went unnoticed and truly started each day off perfectly. Sad to say I lost the piece of paper where I wrote down the name of one of the managers because he was so outstanding and deserved to be recognized personally. I only remember his name started with a “P.” And was a part of the breakfast kitchen staff. He went above and beyond for us and truly represented the level of hospitality this hotel provides. The entire experience felt warm, relaxed, and first class without ever feeling overly formal. Thank you again to the whole team at Pier One for such an amazing stay and unforgettable memories in Sydney. We would absolutely stay here again."

"just wanted to write a few words to express the outstanding service we received from Neo in Pier dining, when I came with my husband and sister for dinner on Monday night. Pier 1 is our favorite Hotel and we try and get there as often as we can. Neo in Pier Dining was just wonderful, kind, and polite. He went out of his way to explain the menu and make sure we enjoyed our dinner. Secondly, Ivan is such a lovely man, whenever we come in there he has always done his best to help my husband and I. I came last year to buy a voucher for my god son and his fiance to either use at the bar or pier dining and Ivan was just outstanding as is Eugene!"

"A good but not great experience. The location is outstanding. The rooms to a high standard. Let down by inexperienced restaurant staff. Food going to wrong tables, drinks forgotten, not knowing the table we were sitting at when paying - even though she had served us all evening. The classic - serving our sides for dinner and asking if we needed anything else? How about our Mains. Good experience overall despite this."
