"We stayed at The Langham in Sydney over Christmas and it was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, everything felt bespoke and relaxed – exactly the kind of escape we were hoping for. The rooms were incredibly spacious, with a real sense of calm and elegance that made it easy to unwind as a family. The food was excellent, the service was warm and attentive, and the location couldn't be better – right in the heart of The Rocks, with everything on your doorstep. We've stayed at the Park Hyatt before, and honestly, The Langham was a much better fit for us – more comfortable, more welcoming, and genuinely relaxing. Highly recommended for a special occasion or a family Christmas getaway."

"Booked last minute with my 2 daughters, and was thrilled with the amazing service, we got an upgrade and they had 2 kids robes ready to go in our room which we literally booked the same morning. Service at the front office and front entrance was incredible. We loved the room as well, very luxurious. The pool and hot tub were great and we really enjoyed them on a rainy Sydney afternoon. 2 things let this stay down, first being room service which was good for dinner but over the top expensive. 2 x pre-made and wrapped ice cream sandwiches were $38! The second was the buffet, we had hoped for a lovely long breakfast but there was hardly anything suitable for my 10 year olds. Just French toast and some very average pancakes (they looked healthy?) and only topping was maple syrup for both. No cream, chocolate or fruit of any kind. Also only fruit was some chopped up melon. There seemed to be quite a few nice looking, health focused savoury items but totally missed the mark on the sweet items and options for the kids."
