The hotel is absolutely stunning, with beautiful historic architecture and elegant décor that makes you feel like you’ve stepped back into Vienna’s imperial era. The service was truly first-class. Every member of the staff was warm, professional, and eager to help, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Our room was spacious, immaculate, and extremely comfortable, with every detail thoughtfully attended to. The location couldn’t have been better. We were able to walk to many of Vienna’s most famous attractions, including the Vienna State Opera, St. Stephen’s Cathedral, and the Musikverein. It was also the perfect base for exploring the city’s cafés, shops, and historic streets. What made the experience especially memorable was how the hotel combined old-world elegance with modern comfort. It felt luxurious without ever feeling pretentious. If you’re looking for a truly memorable place to stay in Vienna, I highly recommend the Hotel Imperial. It was one of the highlights of our trip, and we would gladly stay there again. "This must be one of the most luxurious places to stay. The location is incomparable and you are right next to shops and restaurants. Before we arrived my office was in touch with Mr. Sebastian the director of rooms who made a superb arrangement for our rooms. We had the imperial suite which was connected to a classic room as well as a junior suite giving us a massive area. Upon check in we were warmly greeted by Ms. Zaryun who was amazing. The rooms and the hotel are opulent and gives you a feel of royalty. Breakfast was a grand affair in the cafe and we had it in the outdoor dining area which was lovely. Breakfast is buffet style and you can order from a list as well. Service was top notch from each and everyone"

"What a fantastic and memorable experience! Both the people who staff the hotel and the hotel itself are without peer when it comes to charm, refinement, kindness, and professional competence. Some may call it "old world". I say a stay at the Hotel Imperial is to encounter timeless and eternal proficiencies in total guest satisfaction from the moment of check in to the moment of check out. Other hotels may attempt to replicate this, but they never quite do. The rooms are lovely, the facilities are excellent, and the staff is the best ever. We love the champagne breakfasts on the terrace, and we appreciated the special room to view the Austria-Spain football match (sorry about the result, though).
