From the comfortable rooms to the breakfast selection and attentive staff, every aspect of our stay exceeded expectations. The hotel was especially peaceful and quiet, which was exactly what we needed after a long flight. A few days later, we stayed at another luxury hotel in Prague, but our whole family kept mentioning how much more we had enjoyed our time here at Rosewood Vienna. "Loved this hotel from the second we arrived. The outside is very understated. The inside is elegant. The doormen were extremely kind and truly wanted to be helpful. The check-in process was also very pleasant. Of note, there is a bright and airy room in the lobby behind the concierge that you can sit and do work (and enjoy complimentary coffee/tea). The hotel rooms were well appointed, chic and modern with old world charm. We had breakfast included in our room. The only downside to breakfast was the cold buffet was not extensive but you could order from the menu. Espresso beverages were very good. Dinner service was just okay. Food/service weren't great for the price. We really enjoyed our visit as a family and will definitely stay here again when e return."

"We stayed in the Rosewood for 3 nights as a couple for Valentine’s Day. The hotel is in a 10/10 location in the heart of the best bit of Vienna. Clean, classy and cool. The staff were fabulous; the what’s app messaging service excellent; and the concierge was always able to help and book venues for us. The roof top bar is a must. All in all an excellent stay and it felt very special. Thank you."
