Karena at ritz on phone promised I will have best stay with family. I couldn’t believe and we tried. David was extremely very nice and attentive. Gave early check in without extra charge . Kareina was super welcoming and caring during our stay. We had great view. Extremely nice breakfast and shakshuka is best I ever tried! Great service. Dont remember all names"

"Excellent Hotel. Friendly, helpful, efficient. Comfortable beds, immaculate bathroom and delicious breakfast. Nespresso machine in room plus good selection of Twining Teas. Great location within an easy 20 - 25 minute walk of main sights. Hapsburg Palace, Spanish Horses, Cathedral, Main Museums/Art Galleries. Reception staff friendly and "relaxed" on arrival. Door-man friendly and helpful. Concierge friendly, helpful and very happy to help. We were there for 4 nights and staff used our names frequently. Thoroughly recommend."
