"My wife and i have just returned from Raffles on Friday 13th March. We had an extended stay due to the troubles in Bahrain and Middle East and yes this took the shine of the holiday but nothing can take away from the amazing experience at Raffles. From the minute we were collected in the brand new range rover we felt special. The hotel is amazing from top to bottom. The royal villa is royal for sure with enough space to do what ever you want. The team were fantastic from the beginning and even when the troubles started they could not do enough. We are sorry we can't name them all but Kavi, Margaret and Daniel were a true to credit to the hospitality industry and supported by a outstanding GM Mr Latif as were all the team and guest hosts we met. The room is stunning, the food was created with love and care no matter how small it was , butter pipped in roses, avocado fanned like the raffles badge, steaks cooked to perfection. Sorry we can't name all the chefs but Ivan the breakfast chef always had a smile on his face and the guest was so important to him. The sous chef was the same.It is difficult to praise this hotel to the level it deserves but truly a once in lifetime experience that we will re live again for sure. Thank you to you all for creating a special memory and credit to you during the times of Ramadan and the difficult situation you are sadly having to deal with currently. We are thinking of you and truly hope to see you again. James and Kate D."

While the Raffles facility is widely known for being perfectly located, preserving top-of-the-line, picturesque ambience, the table setup was nothing less than an idyllic heaven. Truly speaking, both my wife and I were stunned by the warmth with which we were welcomed. The staff - especially Mr Yaseen (Mr Perfect Host), and his colleagues - Ms Yusi and Sulekha Das - wonderful ladies - they truly made our day out worth remembering."
