"NH Collection Brussels Grand Sablon is an outstanding hotel and exceeded all of our expectations. From the very first moment, we felt truly welcome. We were greeted warmly at the entrance, and our car – even though it was a large Porsche SUV – was professionally parked by the hotel team. We had requested connecting rooms before our arrival, and they were exactly as promised and perfectly prepared for our family. Although we arrived before the official check-in time, the staff sincerely apologized that our rooms were not yet ready, which showed their professionalism and genuine care for their guests. The service throughout our stay was exceptional. Our luggage was brought to our room, the air conditioning worked perfectly despite the hot weather (even in the corridors), and every member of staff was friendly, attentive and always willing to help. The location of the hotel is perfect – in the heart of the beautiful Grand Sablon district, very safe, family-friendly, and within walking distance of Brussels’ main attractions. The breakfast was outstanding, with a fantastic selection of high-quality food. Room service was equally excellent, and the food was delicious. I especially appreciated the modern online room service ordering system, which was convenient and easy to use. A special thank you goes to the entire team for making our stay so memorable, especially Mr. Carlos Americo Leal and Mr. Mohamed (Parking Manager). Their kindness, professionalism and dedication truly made a difference. Whenever I return to Brussels, there is no question where I will stay.
