My wife and I have stayed at this beautiful resort 4 times and continue to return each year for the serenity, smiles and service ! Each and every staff member went above and beyond to make our stay more memorable. A special shout out to Emma at check in for the beautiful room , the concierge team for the delicious birthday treats and to Summit, April , Christopher and Michael for their outstanding service at breakfast and at the pool/beach. And of course Rudolph entertaining us each evening at the sabrage ceremony . Always love seeing our favorite friend Nelson who instantly makes us feel like family with his warm personality and big heart . You’re the man! "Nice hotel and staff is good. They claim the pool is heated but freezing every day. Manager lied and said it was 80 degrees plus and barely heated. If you and your family want a good pool experience DONT COME to St Regis Bermuda."

"My husband and I went to Bermuda for the first time over Christmas. We are so pleased that we chose to stay at the St. Regis. The resort was beautiful, well kept and easy to get around. We were most impressed by the hospitality. Every staff member we encountered was lovely and so helpful. We especially enjoyed our bartender in the main lobby bar, Jonathan (Trouble). He went above and beyond to make every one of our visits with him that week extra exceptional. 5 star service every time! We also had a fantastic experience with Emma at the front desk. She was so helpful throughout our stay. Our positive experience at the St. Regis was because of them. We can’t wait to go back!"

"We had a very good experience! We were surprised at how chilly it was, however. I wore a jean jacket for the entire 6 days we were there. It wasn’t so bad in the sun, but some days were cloudy and windy which made it far too chilly to truly enjoy the beach. The property is beautiful and our room was clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable! The service was excellent. I specifically want to note how helpful Ty was the moment we got there. Emma was very pleasant at check in. We ate at Lina, the restaurant on the property, several times. It was fantastic! Joy, Daniel, Zaldy and Mano are among the best in the business!"
