"I recently celebrated my birthday at 1 Hotel and it was truly an unforgettable experience from start to finish. We began the evening with a private dining room dinner at Casa Madera for 28 of my closest friends. We chose the set menu and the food was incredibly delicious. Every dish was beautifully prepared and everything came out smoothly and efficiently. The servers at Casa Madera were absolutely amazing - attentive, warm, and incredibly professional. One of the highlights of the evening was when the chef came out to greet us personally, which added such a thoughtful touch to the experience. A special thank you to Yoanne and Fa, the managers at Casa Madera, who made sure everything ran perfectly. Their hospitality and attention to detail made the dinner feel seamless and truly special. What really stood out throughout the evening was how informed and accommodating the entire hotel team was. Everyone seemed to know we were celebrating my birthday and went out of their way to make the experience feel memorable. After dinner, we continued the celebration upstairs at Harriet’s Rooftop where we hosted a larger birthday party with about 275 guests. The space was absolutely perfect. The ambiance was beautiful, the sound system was incredible, and the bartenders were impressively fast and friendly all night despite the size of the crowd. Fatih, the manager at Harriet’s Rooftop, did an incredible job ensuring everything flowed smoothly. A huge thank you as well to Calum, the Head of Food and Beverage, who helped coordinate everything on site and curated an incredible dessert spread for the party that everyone absolutely loved. His leadership and attention to detail were felt throughout the entire evening. So many of my guests told me how amazing the night was. From the private dinner at Casa Madera to the celebration at Harriet’s Rooftop, everything ran seamlessly and the hospitality was outstanding. We truly felt taken care of all night. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team at 1 Hotel for helping make my birthday celebration so special. I’m incredibly grateful for the care, professionalism, and attention to detail that went into every part of the evening."
