"How much excellence we experienced in both the services and hospitality during our stay at Nayara! We have nothing but praise… a highly skilled, courteous, and efficient team. A delightful environment to relax and enjoy every moment. The fact that excursions, meals, and drinks are included in the stay makes everything feel lighter and more convenient for the guest. We also had the pleasure of tipping the guides, driver, and staff. Congratulations—you truly stand out! If I may offer two suggestions: a restroom closer to the pools and a gym. "This hotel was lovely. The staff (with the exception of one) who blamed me for ordering the wrong thing on the menu when in fact he had got it wrong) was amazing. However, if you are a non meat eater there are limited options on the night they have their 'BBQ'. More veggie and fish options please. We stayed in their new 'prototype' Tilo suite. OK it took them 2 days to get the plunge pool working but they did say to us that we were the first guests in it. It was I have to admit amazing and far better than the older style Tilo suites. Get those new style suites rolled out ASAP! The restaurant staff were excellent and a big shout out to Constanza & Paulina who were marvellous. My only (minor) constructive feedback is to maybe put the lunch and dinner menus on a rotation as we got the same menu every day (that's not to say I couldn't find new things to eat but did have to repeat one starter and one main course). With regards to its location I would recommend going for the inclusive menu. From what we saw the the town wasnt that close and eating options looked very limited but perhaps we didnt look hard enough? The trips were great as were the guides and we definitely maxed out our stay."

"We stayed for 3 nights at this glorious resort. Whilst it is very pricy for the all inclusive package (transfers, tours, food and beverages) it was an amazing experience. We dis as many tours as possible and will have wonderful memories of all of the things we did and saw including the geysers, desert sunsets, stargazing and mars valley trails. The food, transfers, service, tours, rooms etc were all great. You feel very looked after! Amazing Pisco Sours to finish off our active days. What a wonderful resort in an enchanting location!"
