"My wife and I stayed here for three nights pre cruise and when the car pulled up at the hotel there was literally a welcoming committee. Staff with wide smiles and waving which truly made us feel special. This set the scene for a very very enjoyable stay. The hotel is spotless and rooms likewise. We stayed in a Club 65 suite which was beautiful with views over Victoria Harbour and the city. We had breakfast in the Above & Beyond lounge which was excellent and Kitty looked after us so well, big thank you to her. The Green restaurant was so good we ate there three times (lunch and dinner). Above & Beyond lounge evening staff and service were outstanding. Bottom line is ALL staff are amazing at this truly special hotel. It has to be said though Karen was amazing and literally went 'Above & Beyond '. She anticipated our every need and was so bubbly and friendly in doing so. She even arranged for a late checkout and changed our transport time to the port when the ship sailing time was delayed. Thank you Karen we very much appreciated your kindness. No one will be disappointed with this hotel."
