"I’ve stayed at this hotel several times, and it remains one of my favorite places in Hong Kong. I love this neighborhood, and this room type offers the most beautiful view. The hotel is just a short walk from the waterfront, about 20 minutes on foot to Central, with plenty of cafés and convenient public transportation nearby. The rooms are very spacious, especially compared to most hotels in Hong Kong. They come with a coffee machine and even a bathtub—with a wonderful view as well! I would especially like to mention the staff. It feels as if Janet remembers everything I told her during my very first stay—about me and all of my preferences. She is truly an amazing person. I’m incredibly grateful to both Janet and Cecilia for their kindness, attentiveness, and exceptional service. They make you feel not like a guest, but like a member of the family. I will definitely be back!"
