"This is the third time I have stayed at a Rosewood ( Sao Paulo, Amsterdam), and Hong Kong did not disappoint! We arrived a few days before my birthday, and they had flowers, chocolates and a pastry set up in our room on check in! The hotel is in a great location on the harbor Kowloon side. Loved all the restaurants and bars ! Sanjay at the Henry makes an incredible martini. The staff at the Bluhouse generously made me pizza AFTER the kitchen closed when we dropped by late after a night out and I was famished. We had access to the Manor Club and it was well worth it! The breakfast was amazing. I loved going for a glass of champagne after shopping, and 2 free items to launder daily was very helpful. Shout out to Steven, the best Lobby Attendant! He helped me navigate the K-11 Musea. Whenever I travel, if there is a Rosewood that's where I stay."

"We had very high hopes stepping foot into the Rosewood and I have to say, it didn't disappoint. The room was fantastic, bathroom next level and view well they were truly the postcard image of Hong Kong. What really stood out though was the service, which considering the size of this property, I wasn't expecting - it felt like we were coming home after a day of exploring & everyone wanted to know about our day (and even remembered our names). Special thanks to Leo in the lobby who welcomed us so warmly, Jerry who looked after us daily in the Manor, Maddie the spa host who went out of her way the first night we arrived to make sure we got good Cantonese food, Cherry who looked after us before arrival & checked in with us throughout our stay (thank you again for our gift!) & Max the guest experience director who was ever the consummate host. "Our family was fortunate to secure a reservation for their Chinese New Year celebration. The restaurant is known for their high-end Cantonese cuisine, and we appreciated the flavor and presentation of each of the dishes. We loved the friendly and helpful service and staff throughout the evening. When we needed to leave the dinner early to watch the fireworks across the harbour, the staff were gracious and responsive in helping us leave on time."
