"I’m still buzzing from my stay at W Macau - Studio City! This was our second time here, and honestly? It felt like coming home to a group of old friends. 💖 From the second we walked in, the staff were so on it—immediately checking if we needed to drop our bags or check in. But the real stars of the show were Jess and Arya. Jess is nice and friendly! While we were checking in, she was chatting with us about our plans and told us all about the hotel’s shuttle bus to the city center. It saved us a bunch of taxi money (more for local food, yay! ). And oh-my-gosh, the surprise... Arya and Jess managed to upgrade us to a suite with a view of the Eiffel Tower! 🗼✨ Waking up to that view was pure magic. The room was sparkling clean, and they even left us the cutest welcome cookies! 🍪 Breakfast was another level! We already loved Hawker Hawker (津津) from last year, but they’ve somehow made it even better. The service is smoother, and the food quality has leveled up. My boyfriend just came back from Japan and he was seriously moved by how yummy the Chinese Dim Sum was. It’s hard to find food that hits the heart like that! Huge hugs and thanks to Arya and Jess for making our return trip so special. Jess, you really made us feel like VIPs but with the warmth of a bestie. Can’t wait for stay #3! Love you guys! 🌈✨"

"Hospitality started from the moment you walked into the W. Everyone was ready to assist. Chris at Front Desk was very friendly and recognized our Marriott Status. We got a slightly early check in and an amazing upgrade. There was a Welcome Drink offer for Marriott Members during Happy Hours at the Living Room. The selection to choose from was good. I would highly recommend the hotel's Chinese Restaurant Diva. We went there for dinner on the first night. The food was so yummy, we returned for lunch the next day. The DIM SUM LUNCH set for 2 was extremely good value for money (around USD50 for 2 inclusive of tax) and the quality was top notch. And the presentation was ever so beautiful ! We really enjoyed our 2 night stay at the W Macau and the people made it extra special. The staff at Hawker Hawker led by Alicia anticipated our needs at breakfast. Veronica Chen, the hotel's Assistant Director of F&B also made sure everything was running smoothly and was very engaging and communicative with all patrons. We will definitely return !!"
