During my stay, I resided in a Grand Studio, a beautifully designed space featuring a king‑size bed, a small couch and dining table, a separate room with a chaise lounge, and an open‑plan bathroom that can be discreetly enclosed with sliding doors. Amenities included a flat‑screen TV, a Nespresso machine with tea‑making facilities, complimentary Wi‑Fi, a modest walk‑in wardrobe, and an oversized safe offering ample storage. Upon arrival, I was welcomed with local sweet delicacies, fresh fruit, and a bottle of wine, while my rate also included a minibar replenished daily and fully stocked at no extra charge. In the evening, Rive Gauche transforms into a modern French dining venue, offering dishes like steak frites, fresh fish, and inventive bistro‑style creations, all delivered with warm, effortless hospitality. Adjacent to the restaurant, the bar serves signature cocktails in a chic Parisian‑inspired setting, while Fu Chun Ju — the hotel’s Michelin‑starred Cantonese restaurant — offers refined seasonal cuisine with equally polished service.
