"Our recent experience at the hotel has been less than satisfactory. Upon check-in, the front desk failed to provide a clear explanation of the room rate or present any necessary documentation for signature. Furthermore, we encountered unsolicited solicitations of a sexually explicit nature in the lobby. Upon entering the room, we discovered a malfunctioning toilet in the living area, and subsequent complaints to the staff resulted in the unavailability of the turn down service."
