She thoroughly explained our room facilities and proactively curated a wonderful local food itinerary, helping us experience authentic Chengdu flavors. Grace alone is reason enough for me to return. I also appreciate Front Office Rita, who efficiently resolved a minor faucet issue, and Duty Manager Alan, who checked on us and surprised us with lovely farewell gifts. "This was my second stay at Niccolo Chengdu and once again it was practically flawless. The real standout for me was Grace at the front desk — an intern, believe it or not, though you’d never guess from her composure. She pointed us to an incredible local hotpot joint, tipped us off to a teahouse where you can catch proper bian lian over tea, and after noticing our schedule had been pretty relentless, thoughtfully suggested a local massage and an ear-picking session to decompress. It was all so seamless and genuine. She’s a total gem, and I really hope the hotel knows how lucky they are to have her."

"We stayed 3 nights. The hotel looks new and is conveniently located in the middle of the city shopping malls where people queue up to have an Insta moment with the 'Panda Climbing up the Wall". The hotel decor is tasteful and modern. Reception service is quick and attentive. The concierge helped us with last minutes tickets for the famous "change face" opera. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. Food and wine from room services were delicious. This was our first time staying with Niccolo, and we will definitely come back to this brand. We highly recommend this hotel."

"As a GHA Titanium member - all GHA benefits were honoured including a double room upgrade (nothing extra) and complimentary welcome amenity ie macaroons - which were to die for. Our room on the 23rd floor offered a stunning view of the Daci Temple and Taikoo Li against the backdrop of Chengdu's skyline. You can easily walk from the hotel to Chunxi Road and shopping malls/shopping streets nearby. For breakfast, there was a wonderful selection of local and western favourites - including 5 types of noodles and an ala carte menu to order from. All the staff we encountered at Niccolo Chengdu were friendly, welcoming and professional. The concierge team especially was very helpful with restaurant recommendations and laundry service. Room was spacious, shower pressure ok and children amenities were provided. We had such a wonderful experience at Niccolo Chengdu that we decided to book a last minute two-night stay at Niccolo Chongqing, which also did not disappoint."
