Communication was poor, and the issue was never properly addressed. Apologies were constant, but meaningful solutions were not. A late offer to upgrade mid-stay was impractical, and the final compensation was negligible. This reflects a serious lack of attention to guest needs and loyalty recognition. Travelers expecting true Conrad-level service should be cautious—execution here does not match the brand’s standards."

"Excellent location very calm oasis in the middle of a bustling city; breakfast buffet was yummy and the spa is 10/10, but most importantly the staff are amazing!! Their ability to troubleshoot is superb and efficient. Special thanks to Kyle for helping me navigate Chinese apps and problem-solve some unrelated logistic issues!!! Excellent communication and everything was great, was so glad I stayed here and it was nice to look forward to coming back to the hotel each night after long chaotic days."

"I've stayed at the Conrad in Tokyo and Osaka, which are supposedly the benchmarks for the brand, and the Guangzhou property ranks up there. The location is right in the city center attached to the IGC mall. My experience there was nothing else than fantastic. The staff at the front desk was professional and prompt during check in and when I had issues with my room key. The breakfast was one of the better one's I've had. The executive lounge staff and offerings exceeded my expectations. They had a variety of cocktails available. I never complain when they have an indoor pool available. My kids spent an hour a day there. The gym was quite spacious, and had all the equipment I need for my training. The rooms itself were different. As others have mentioned, you walk through the bathroom before entering the bedroom. The decor and furniture was comfy. My only complaint was the bathroom door. They tried to bring in some local flavor with the dual sliding doors, but it was hard to keep closed."

"Me and my husband love our 4 night stay with the Conrad in Guangzhou. Wonderful location in new town and we especially love our room. It was very spacious and extremely clean with a lovely view of the city. We received great service from all the staffs we encountered in the hotel. The hotel is right next to a mall with many restaurants to select from as well. We also ate in Yun Pavilion twice during our stay. Both the service and food were outstanding!"

"Nice thing about Hilton group is that they let you pre-select room on the app. Check in was smooth but no upgrade Room is of ok size but weird design with bathroom before bedroom.
