"Hands down the best hotel experience we’ve had in China having travelled quite a bit. Despite the cold climate of Harbin, we felt great warmth from the entire team - starting with senior hotel management to the waiting staff in the restaurants and bars. We were in Harbin for the Snow and Ice world and stayed here having heard great reviews from friends. We chose a Club room and that was a great decision. The Lounge team made us feel very at home. I would highly recommend the Ritz Carlton Harbin as THE place to stay when you’re in town!"

"I had a phenomenal trip to Harbin! Thank you do their wonderful staff by the name of Rohit. He was on top-tier communication from weeks expired to my landing. Ensuring every single one of my questions were answered in meticulous detail details. Helping me plan everything to the T! He helped me plan my entire routing, traveling gear (as it was going to be my first time in -24 weather) he helped with Transport arrange arrangement and everything you could imagine making ensure everything was perfectly sorted. It was the most comforting feeling to meet someone who could speak English in Harbin. On another note that Ritz Carlton Harbin, was also amazing - one of the newer ones; comparable to with this architectural style. Modern and comfortable!! The Chinese restaurant up was also very good."
