"We had another great stay at Conrad Jiuzhaigou. Check-in and check-out were smooth as always. Breakfast was delicious with lots of variety, just like last time, though the team seemed a bit short-handed during the busy hours. Special thanks to Patricia for her warm attention and for making sure everything was taken care of. The room was spacious, spotless, and super comfortable. We’ll definitely be back again!"

"We had great time, room was excellent and service was great. The hotel is right next to a shopping mall, very convenient. During our stay, there was an ultra marathon race, the start and finish line was the center, so we had front row seat for the event, firework and all, it was great. Breakfast buffet was very nice, the service team was very attentive. The entire hotel is on a hill, so you have to call for golf car to pick you up everywhere."

"Pickup from train station arranged by hotel went smoothly. Received Diamond upgrade to a suite. Beautiful room with mountain views from balcony. Bed was very comfortable with crisp sheets. Afternoon tea was delicious with international and local choices. Dinner was fantastic too (tomahawk steak, pork ribs, cod fish, pork ribs etc). Breakfast was a wide spread. Compact gym had cable machine and dumbbells up to 25kg. Staff was friendly and efficient, promptly attending to all queries and concerns. The adjacent tourist village featured a nightly bonfire with traditional dances, museum, restaurants and a Hard Rock Cafe. Wished we had a longer stay!"

"My wife and I spent one night at the Conrad. We sooooooo regretted. SHOULD HAVE STAYED LONGER!! Even from before our arrival we felt the wonderful customer service. I emailed concierge to request assistance in finding us a car, driver and guide for my two day trip. They complied quickly and offered great suggestions. I also emailed to request for a bouquet of flowers and dinner arrangements for my wife’s birthday. They told me no problem, all would be duly handled. As we pulled up the hotel entrance in our car, we were enchanted by the beautiful setting, clean/smartly-designed lobby, attentive porters and incredibly suave reception. They knew immediately who we were as we walked in, assured me everything had been arranged, and promptly sent us the buggy to take us to our villa/suite. We really did not expect the suite to be so nice. The design, amenities, spaciousness, view… were just incredible. A most beautiful bouquet of roses was already sitting on the coffee table, along with a “birthday cake” made of rolled up towels, a very nice and cute gesture. We immediately regretted our decision to only spend one night at this resort. We absolutely fell in love with the place. Later we walked up to the main restaurant for our dinner. Again, no introduction was necessary as the captain immediately knew who we were and led us to our table. We had a wonderful meal, immensely full from all the food, and still being offered a complimentary chocolate birthday cake in the end, which we devoured regardless. Breakfast in the following morning was equally sumptuous. Towards the end, the same captain from last night helped us call a buggy to send us back to our villa/suite. However, another guest just took it so we had to wait a bit. He was so apologetic and waited with us outside. It was really unnecessary but we had a lovely chat for 5 minutes. This just showed the level of service mentality, commitment to customer and general attentiveness which was displayed by all staff throughout. Thank you Conrad Jiuzhaigou. We can’t wait to come back!"
