The resort is beautifully designed, exceptionally well maintained, and feels like a complete destination rather than just a hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome with their warmth, professionalism, and constant willingness to help. They truly go out of their way to make everything happen for their guests, always with a smile. A special and sincere thank you to Victor, the manager, who went above and beyond to make our New Year’s celebration unforgettable. He personally arranged a special table on the beach for New Year’s Eve, creating a memorable and meaningful experience for our family that we will never forget. We were also very grateful for the thoughtful room arrangements and upgrades. My wife and I stayed in a spacious and elegant suite, while our children were initially accommodated in a king room and later upgraded to a family room. The comfort, cleanliness, and layout were perfect for a family stay. The food was beyond expectations, with excellent quality, variety, and presentation across all dining options. The service throughout the resort was outstanding, and the daily activities, kids’ programs, and evening entertainment made the experience even more enjoyable. This is truly one of the best resorts we have ever stayed at. The combination of outstanding service, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality makes Sofitel Sanya stand out. Although it's a bit far from the sea, just looking at it lifts my spirits. The bedroom and living room are separated, the room is very spacious. It feels newly built, very clean, and there's a pleasant fragrance as soon as I enter. Extremely satisfied with the room condition! [ Food ] The breakfast quality was the best. The interior of restauran is modern, and there is a wide variety of food. I really wanted to try the dinner buffet, but my stay was only one night, so I couldn't. The buffet had a variety of seafood and the chinese reataurant had a very nice vibe. [ Service ] Special thanks to the team!. Their kindness make this a memorable trip. From the room decoration to the small fireworks on the beach, we was deeply touched."
