Her care and professionalism were so outstanding that I felt I must leave a comment here. Before our arrival, Julie had already been in touch with me on WeChat, helping us arrange everything in advance. She organized a car to pick us up at the airport, and when we arrived at the hotel, she checked us in directly inside our room — no waiting, no queue. She also prepared thoughtful surprises, including small gifts and champagne for my wife and children. Our suite was truly a paradise for kids. It was a huge two‑bedroom suite with a living room that included a full ball‑pit playground. My parents were also extremely happy with their stay. Julie checked in with us every day to see if we needed anything. Her attentiveness and incredibly fast responses made this stay stand out from all the luxury hotels we’ve visited. My 2 kids even asked for her every morning because he loved playing with her. When we checked out, Julie personally came to send us off and she even prepared a surprise gift for my child. This spontaneous trip turned out to be one of our happiest family getaways, thank yo Julie <3. "We had a fantastic stay (6 nights) at The Sanya EDITION. From the moment we arrived, everything was exceptional. All of the restaurants were excellent, with high quality food and great service throughout. The absolute highlight was the breakfast, genuinely the best breakfast we’ve ever had. The variety was incredible, with something for every taste. Our son eats gluten-free, and the selection for him was amazing as well, which made every breakfast a real treat for the whole family. Barbacoa was another standout, a fantastic Balinese BBQ restaurant with delicious food and a great atmosphere. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable, and the international team of staff were wonderful, warm and welcoming. A special mention to Julie, who was exceptionally helpful and went out of her way to make our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, an amazing experience from start to finish.
