Despite my early check-in, the room was prepared promptly and flawlessly. The hotel thoughtfully prepared a light breakfast in case I felt hungry, showcasing their attentiveness and excellent preparation. A special thanks to Rainie, who went above and beyond to assist me during my stay, as well as the rest of the team who welcomed me warmly. The housekeeping team was impressively efficient, ensuring my room was impeccably clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, and the afternoon tea set was of excellent quality and taste. "10/10 experience at Bvlgari Shanghai, the best butler team, excellent service from pre arrival, our stay to departure. Every staff we encounter ( in all departments ) were very caring, courteous, professional and enthusiastic. The butler team is amazing, fast response in wechat, attend to our needs, go the extra mile. It seems like no detail is too small and no request is too big. We will definetely be back and looking forward to celebrate special occasions at Bvlgari Shanghai!!!
