"We stayed at Cassa Luxury Home for four nights, and it exceeded all our expectations. The rooms are very spacious—larger than those in many luxury hotels—and are perfectly equipped and well organized. We were a group of 16 people, a large family gathering for a reunion, and honestly, we couldn’t have chosen a better place. No matter how luxurious, no hotel could have created the same warm, intimate, comfortable, and elegant atmosphere that we experienced here. Its location right in front of Parque El Virrey is also outstanding: in the mornings, you can hear birds singing, see children playing, and people out walking, which creates a sense of authentic, everyday life. There are also excellent supermarkets nearby. Breakfast is varied every day, which is a lovely touch, and the service from the entire team is exceptional. Without a doubt, the greatest value is the hospitality—from the manager Ana to every member of the restaurant staff, everyone goes above and beyond to provide outstanding service. They also offer a safe and reliable taxi service, which was very helpful during our stay. The sheets, towels, and furniture are all of high quality. The atmosphere is boutique-style, often frequented by executives, yet still very warm and welcoming. On several occasions, I mentioned that places like this truly make you want to come back. The service is personalized, and in our case, traveling with a large group, it was the best decision. "Cassa Luxury is located in a great spot, in Chapinero. It is opposite a park called Park Virrey. The reception is small but well done. We enjoyed the 1 bedroom/studio with kitchen very much. The one staff person who was so kind and professional is Jenny. So the downsides are a few. Breakfast service is terrible, 2 disorganized people doing it and they are not able to keep up - even when the place is not busy. The breakfast is slow, and limited. We had breakfast the first week and opted for no breakfast the 2nd week. The other problem was the reception service which can be so unprofessional when they are taking personal calls and guests are waiting when the lady. The management needs to train their employees on what excellent service looks like. Lastly, painting and so much noise was going on when we were there."
