Rooftop pool and restaurant are a must when in Cartagena. Staff is way beyond words!! Sandra and Shai made our stay absolutely pleasant!! They are an asset to this Hotel for sure."

"I don't understand how this hotel is rate 4 point anything. It should be a solid one or two at the most. Yes, looks are nice but no one cares about looks if the service is horrible!!! I booked 4 nights and the to/fro transportation. 2 days before my trip, I realized I have gotten NO information regarding transportation. I called and the lady couldn't give me any answer. so I moved my trip out an additional two days to give them some room to get their act together. By the way, I asked the lady several times whether the change will incur any additional cost. She said No. When I received confirmation, there was about a $600 difference. Meanwhile, I already paid for the previous reservation. I wrote them back via email and said there shouldn't be a price difference. I was told there wouldn't be one. No response. I wrote back a second time, no response. 3 days later, still nothing. And no transport info either. BTW, this is the night before I get there in the morning. I reached out on Whatssap. The lady on whatssap (Angela Gonzalez) says there is no info from transport yet. You will get it throughout the day. What the hell does that mean? It is 5pm. I told her that. Then I asked her about the reservation price difference. She logged off and left me to speak with a bot who asked me to repeat my question 20 times. I signed off and called them. I incurred $2/minute call while I'm placed on hold for 20+ minutes. I finally hung up. I will go ahead and dispute this with my credit card company. I will not be staying there tomorrow. I will find something else - somewhere someone understands customer service. PS: Their phone says press 1 for English. However, when someone gets on the phone, they tell you they don't speak English."
