"We recently stayed at Nayara Springs. From the moment we arrived the service was warm, attentive and genuinely welcoming. Steven Rojas the front desk manager-was very kind and made sure all of our needs were met We loved all of our excursions but our favorite was the hanging bridges and Celeste River walk. Alonzo was our guide for both. He really took the time to get to know us. We learned so much about Costa Rica and the wildlife. Ronnie and all the drivers were so friendly. Our villa was stunning private, spacious and beautifully designed. We loved our plunge pool. The grounds are immaculate and blend seamlessly with nature. "Nayara Springs is a luxurious and exotic place! The "jungle wrapped private villa" is exactly as in their photos. You have your own private hot mineral springs pool to lounge in after exploring the volcano area. La Fortuna is the nearest town with many restaurants. We ate on the property for the entire stay and relished the gourmet meals. Very romantic and restful!! The hotel staff are friendly and very accommodating. They arranged for a driver to bring us to the hotel from San Jose Airport. Our driver, Norman, was wonderful and pointed out many attractions during our drive. This is the place to stay if you want quiet and peace but have opportunities to explore as much as you want!"

"What a unique and wonderful property. The staff was beyond excellent, I only wish I could remember more names but special thanks to Tatiana at check-in, Jonathan who seemed to be everywhere and William at Amor Loco, whose whole staff brought the fun. Check-in and check-out were seamless but so was every interaction at the hotel, all of our needs were anticipated, so all we were left to do was wander around the vast grounds and immerse ourselves in the special experience that is Nayara Springs (and its associated properties). We loved eating ceviche IN the pool at the tables with umbrellas to duck away from a stray shower, spending the afternoons in the thermal springs on-site, enjoying the varied and excellent restaurants (also on-site), and spending the evenings relaxing in our warm personal pools fed by the same thermal springs. It is a very special place. Highly recommend."

From the villa with its mineral hot spring pool, ample square footage, lovely furnishings and his and hers bathrooms; the varied restaurants and bars with wonderful food and drink; golf carts to ease our getting from place to place on the resort property; the integration of the resort into the surrounding rain forest environment; and most importantly, the outstanding friendliness, patience and service by every employee that we made contact with.
