"We were skeptical of a perfect 5.0 rating on TripAdvisor, but after spending 4 nights at Nayara Springs we completely understand why it is so highly regarded. From the front desk staff to the golf cart drivers, restaurant staff to housekeeping crew, everyone was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable throughout our whole stay. The team greeted us by name each time we entered the lobby and knew our full itinerary to anticipate our needs. For each excursion (we did white water rafting, ziplining, rainforest night walk, and coffee/chocolate farm tour), our shuttle had already arrived or was arriving at the moment we stepped into the lobby. An example of the the exceptional customer service offered by Nayara Springs is this: we stayed during the offseason, so several villas were being renovated. One morning we were woken up by construction noises between 6-7am. We called the front desk to notify them of the disturbance and, the following morning, construction did not begin until 9am. The front desk manager even called our room to ask if the timing worked better for us. Incredible! You can't ask for better service than that. As far as food goes, we ate at Amor Loco, Nostalgia Wine Bar (great wine pairing experience), and La Terraza during our stay, each of which was spectacular in its own right. Be sure to request a golf cart as the campus is very spread out and restaurants may be far from your room. We were also lucky with wildlife sightings during our stay - we saw a mom and baby sloth from our villa, and saw numerous other lizards, frogs, birds, and other animals throughout our time exploring the property. Overall, we can't wait to go back to Nayara and will be recommending to friends and family. Special shoutout to Tony and Noel for their help in making our stay special."

"Incredible resort! I stayed in Nayara Springs & the villa was awesome! Extremely well taken care of & the staff were amazing. Shout out to Jefferson (named after Thomas Jefferson) & Brian, they were excellent drivers, friendly & very helpful. My only complaint would be that the pool bars close very early, so if you’re hoping to meet new people, do it during the day. I will definitely come back & recommend this resort to anyone looking for an upscale retreat. Pura Vida!"

This resort exceeded every expectation I had from the moment we arrived. The level of service, attention to detail, and genuine warmth from the staff is something I’ve never experienced anywhere else. They don’t just treat you like guests — they make you feel like part of a big family. Every single person we met was smiling, caring, attentive, and genuinely beautiful people inside and out. We travelled as a couple and celebrated my birthday there, and I honestly felt completely spoiled the entire stay. It’s rare to meet someone who genuinely cares so much about creating the perfect experience for guests, and he is honestly one of the biggest reasons I would return to Nayara again. The food overall was exceptional, but the Amor Loco experience is an absolute must. The quality of the food and the entire atmosphere was unlike anything I’ve experienced before — genuine Michelin-star level dining in the middle of paradise. And as if all of that wasn’t enough, the hot springs are just the cherry on top. Waking up surrounded by nature and ending the evenings in the thermal springs felt surreal. I’m so glad I can now confidently recommend Nayara Springs to my clients, friends, and anyone looking for a truly unforgettable luxury experience in Costa Rica. This place is something really special."

"Best Couples Resort we have ever been too! All three resorts on the property are pristine and you can see much of the wildlife Costa Rica has to offer right on the resort. You are also only 10 minutes or so from town and many of the excursions. We will be visiting again!"

"Nayara Springs was easily the best hospitality experience we’ve ever had. We chose this destination for our honeymoon, as we were looking for something really special something that could help us disconnect from our busy day-to-day and reconnect with nature. From the moment that the transfer picked us up we felt so taken care of. The check-in process was fun and warm even after a long travel day for us it was very enjoyable. We loved our concierge Tati she was really kind and knowledgeable. We were also lucky to meet Greivin upon our arrival. He had amazing energy and made us feel like part of the Nayara family from the second we met him. He gave us a quick tour of the area we were staying in, and taught us some Costa Rican slang that we actually used for the rest of our trip. When unloading our bags, he asked if there was anything we were the most excited to do or see our trip. We mentioned the red eye tree frog and sloth, and by the time he picked us up at dinner he had found both and took us to see them! On our first night!!! We had only been on our honeymoon for a few hours and already it was the best trip ever. Seeing him throughout our stay was always a highlight of our day. Special mentions to Chris at the Lapas Pool who was so passionate and knowledgeable about mixology, Claudia at Mis Amores who was so kind and remembered small details about our preferences, and Alexandre who is another driver that went the extra mile to make our days special. The staff at this resort seem genuinely happy, and like they want to do anything they can to make your vacation amazing. We even met the owner of the hotel & his wife on our last day and he was very gracious, and even asking for feedback on our experience. The villa itself was gorgeous, and extremely clean. The resort had enough to keep us busy for 6 days & nights while only leaving the property to go into town a couple times. The food was great (do not miss Amor Loco!), and the included breakfast is best in class. The scenery was mind-blowingly beautiful, everywhere you look there is something to marvel at. Also the mobile map feature was super useful for when we wanted to walk rather than golf cart around. We also had wonderful treatments at the spa, and the yoga classes were very well done. I hope we are lucky enough to return one day. This resort, the staff, and the experience and unlike anywhere else we have ever been. Thank you Nayara!"
