The service is simply exceptional.Warm, attentive, professional, and always delivered with sincerity. Every member of the team made us feel truly welcome, valued, and cared for. This level of personal attention is incredibly rare, even among the world’s best hotels. We like to mention Martina, who checked us in and with her way of professionalism we immediately felt home. The hotel itself is the definition of understated luxury. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed, creating an atmosphere that is both elegant and relaxing. Our Suite was beautifully appointed, impeccably maintained, and equipped to the highest standard. Comfort, style, and quality were evident in every aspect of our stay. The private beach area is another absolute highlight. It is peaceful, exclusive, and incredibly beautiful, with crystal-clear Adriatic waters that invite you to completely unwind. Few places offer such a perfect setting to relax while enjoying breathtaking views of Dubrovnik and the sea. The culinary experience was equally outstanding. Both breakfast and dinner exceeded every expectation. Every dish was beautifully presented, prepared with the finest ingredients, and absolutely delicious. Combined with the impeccable yet discreet service, every meal became a memorable experience. Tanja and especially Ruzica- and the entire team were always taking care of us. For our family, Villa Dubrovnik was without question the highlight of our entire journey through Croatia. It was the place where we felt most relaxed, most welcomed, and where every single moment seemed effortless. "Location was a bit far from Old Town. If you want to be within walking distance to Old Town and restaurants, I would stay at Hilton Palace or Hotel Excelsior. The walk is not as easy as the hotel made it seemed with cliffside, cars, and heat. Service is not bad (but not great either); more of a boutique hotel so I'm not sure how it's part of LHW."

"A very very nice place! Location was perfect and we went swimming everyday off the bar/lounge area. Staff looked after our every request and were extremely polite and helpful. It’s a true luxury experience. We did an early morning walk to old town every day followed by a fantastic breakfast and then swimming off pool/lounge area!"
