"A beautiful hotel, well situated to access the square, river and shops. The room was pleasant with comfy beds and a lovely bathroom. The staff on reception were very friendly and welcoming and Honza in the restaurant went above and beyond, he is a credit to the hotel. The food in the restaurant for both breakfast and dinner was delightful with plenty of choice. All in all a very relaxing and pleasant place to spend time whilst visiting the City of Prague. Would highly recommend."

"This hotel is really well situated for a stroll to the Old Square , it is everything you want for a relaxing visit . Check in was so easy the staff were really welcoming and friendly happy to answer our questions . Rooms were lovely beds were so comfortable as were the pillows . Rooms were clean and lovely bathroom, Tea and coffee making facilities and a mini bar restocked daily with water and juices (free). We opted to eat in the hotel on our first night again friendly helpful staff and the food was delicious. Breakfasts were good such a choice of hot and cold foods and healthy options . Special mention for Honza in the restaurant he really does go the extra mile to ensure you enjoy your stay . We had a late flight but were able to leave bags in locked room and wait in the relaxing foyer area . Not often I write glowing reviews but on this occasion there was nothing to criticise . Would highly recommend and would certainly stay again."

"Fabulous hotel - only 10 mins walk from the Old Town, but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful at night. The rooms were well equipped, clean and comfortable, with everything you need for a short city break. Breakfast was included in our package, and was amazing - hot and cold buffet, with plenty of choice. What really makes this hotel is the staff. Every single member of staff was lovely and friendly, and went out of their way to help. Highly recommended."
