"This hotel was pleasant but not welcoming. We had a street facing room which at 3-4 am was noisy with deliveries - as mentioned by other guests. The quality of the room was very nice with super comfortable beds. Bathroom likewise was very well fitted! The staff appeared grumpy and not that welcoming which was a pity as it detracts from our stay."

"From the moment you enter the lobby, you realize that everything in this hotel is designed to make your stay cozy, comfortable, and convenient. The atmosphere is elegant yet welcoming, with beautiful fresh flowers that create a lovely first impression. I stayed in a large deluxe room, which was the perfect size — spacious, spotless, and very well organized. I would especially like to mention the beds: they were incredibly comfortable, with perfect-quality sheets and pillows, and the room was completely quiet, ensuring an excellent night’s sleep. The room had everything you could possibly need, including a kettle, coffee machine, and even an ironing set, which was a very thoughtful touch. The towels were soft, fresh, and of excellent quality, while the bathroom cosmetics felt luxurious and added to the overall comfort of the stay. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options. Everything was beautifully presented and constantly replenished. The staff throughout the hotel were kind. Another highlight was the beautiful rooftop area — a perfect place to relax and enjoy the atmosphere after a busy day. Combined with the hotel’s perfect location, this made the entire experience even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and attention to detail, and I would definitely come again."

"5 nights. A small room but all there. Clean warm central close to ammineties. Breakfast is fab all cooked in front of you. Typical Danish breads, shots of healthy juices. The games were a boost. Thanks for a fab stay."

"Really convenient to go around the centre (Nyhavn) and touristic places. It was my first time in Copenhagen and in the winter. It was so cold, but thanks to the Hotel location, I managed to make it nicely for shopping, sightseeing, and all was smooth and safe. The hotel was so nice, they arranged me a room even when i did an early check-in. The room was tidy, not super huge but enough space for 2 (well, cant complain about this when i wanted to stay in the center of Copenhagen). However, the room was clean, contemporary, and right enough for everything we needed. Staff was friendly, and helpful. Many restaurants, and bakeries, cafes nearby that i enjoyed a lot."
