"We arrived on a snowy, dreary day in February, but each day at this hotel felt like a ray of sunshine. From start to finish, everything was pure perfection. As travelers who have stayed in hotels all over the world, this easily ranks among the very best. The staff seemed to have one mission—to make sure we were completely taken care of—and they absolutely delivered. The rooms are exquisite, beautifully curated by a local in-house designer (if I understood that correctly), and the comfort matches the elegance of the design. We visited the spa every day, and the gym appeared to have everything one could need. The food was exceptional—both dinner and breakfast were truly top-notch. We can’t wait to return in the summertime, especially since the Tivoli Gardens were closed during our visit."

We loved the fireplaces. We loved having drinks at the beautiful bar on the 2nd floor.
