"My wife and I have been fortunate to travel to many beautiful resorts around the world, and I can confidently say that Eden Roc Cap Cana was one of the most exceptional experiences we have ever had. From beginning to end, this trip exceeded our expectations in every possible way. ❤️ We came to celebrate my wife Reva’s 30th birthday 🎂🥂, and the team made the entire experience feel incredibly personal and special. The attention to detail was on another level. Our villa was absolutely spectacular, with incredible privacy and our own pool 🏝️, and the entire property is breathtaking. There are places that look beautiful in pictures, and then there are places like Eden Roc that somehow feel even more beautiful once you are actually there. ✨ The service deserves its own recognition. Junior and Sara, our personal concierges, were absolutely wonderful — attentive, warm, responsive, and constantly making us feel that nothing was too much to ask. ❤️ I also want to personally recognize Katherine Santana, Laudy Quisbert, Yohenny Del Rosario, and Yaritza Tapia. 🙏 Every one of them contributed in their own way to making our experience seamless and unforgettable. The communication and attention began before we even arrived and continued throughout our entire stay. You could genuinely feel how much this team cared about making everything perfect for us. The private “Love Is in the Air” beach dinner for my wife’s birthday was simply unforgettable. 🌹🌊 The setting was stunning, the arrangements were beautiful, and my wife was ecstatic. It hit the target perfectly. The food throughout our stay was extraordinary 🍽️ — genuinely comparable to, and in some cases better than, some of the best restaurants we have eaten at in New York. We also required kosher dining, and the care and effort put into accommodating us while still providing a true luxury dining experience was deeply appreciated. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The spa experience was another highlight. 🧖‍♂️🧖‍♀️ Our preferences had been communicated ahead of time, and everything was handled thoughtfully and professionally. It was incredibly relaxing and exactly what we hoped for. Then there were all the little details: the beautiful rose-petal arrangements in our room 🌹❤️, the birthday surprises 🎈🎂, the fruit, the special touches after the spa, and the constant attention throughout our stay. None of it felt generic. It felt as though the team genuinely wanted this particular trip to be special for us. What impressed me most, though, was the feeling of Eden Roc itself. It is peaceful, private, elegant, and almost surreal. Walking around the property early in the morning with the ocean and palm trees around you 🌅🌊🌴 genuinely feels like you have stepped out of the real world for a few days. To Junior, Sara, Katherine, Laudy, Yohenny, Yaritza, and the chefs, restaurant staff, housekeeping, spa team, and everyone else behind the scenes: THANK YOU! 🙏❤️ You gave my wife and me memories that we will carry with us for a very long time. "My husband and I decided to book a few days here as a way to relax and treat ourselves after completing a four-day trek along the Inca Trail in Peru, and the resort more than delivered. The Spanish colonial/luxury Caribbean ambiance, high-end amenities, and genuinely kind and attentive service made our stay exceptional. Special credit to Gregory and Julianne for their hospitable management, friendly conversations, and meal recommendations; Milton, Asia, and Luis for their attentive meal service and accommodations; our butlers, Sara and Junior, for their coordination throughout our stay; and Gladys and Gisell for some of the best massages my husband and I have ever had. The only warning I would give travelers is to be aware of seaweed on the beach from May through late August. We knew this would likely be the case given the resort’s location, but it’s something to consider if you’re able to time your stay during other months. The seaweed only kept us from getting in the ocean on one of our four days, and even then, the staff were actively working to clear it from the beach. By the next day, the water and beach were much clearer. The dedication of the staff, beautiful architectural style, and ease of travel make this an exceptional property—one we will absolutely add to our list of places to revisit"

"Overall we had a wonderful stay at Eden Roc Cap Cana. The setting, accommodations, and consistently top-tier service make this resort stand out. Special shout-outs to Juliane and Gregory for their genuine hospitality each day; Milton, Asia, and Luis in the restaurants for their warmth and always prompt service; Gladys and Gisell in the spa for some of the best Lomi Juma massages we’ve ever had; Maria and the entire housekeeping team for keeping our villa spotless; and Sara and Junior for coordinating so many details and always making sure we had what we needed for a relaxing stay. There were a few minor inconveniences during our trip that we believe we should mention for future travelers: as other reviews have mentioned, the sargassum can build up on the beach, and certain days were worse than others. We understand this is a natural occurrence, however, and the beach team works hard to attempt to mitigate the amounts that accumulate. We were aware of this before our trip during this time of year, and we don’t fault the resort for it, but it did limit the amount that we could swim in the sea, which was a bit of a bummer. It may also be helpful to be aware that they are renovating certain areas of the resort near the beach; while we assume this is only temporary, the construction noise did slightly impact the relaxing and peaceful vibe we were expecting throughout our stay. Overall, however, these minor inconveniences did not make our stay any less than 5 stars, thanks to the beautiful property, sprawling and comfortable accommodations, and genuinely hospitable service that we received at every turn from the wonderful team here. We would return and would recommend Eden Roc to anyone considering a trip to Punta Cana!"

"We recently returned from a stay at Eden Roc in Cap Cana, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. If you are looking for a boutique resort with a true luxury feel surrounded by nature, this is the place. From the moment we arrived, the property felt incredibly special. We stayed in a Luxury Pool Junior Suite, which was absolutely stunning. The room itself was beautifully renovated, and the private pool was surprisingly large, a perfect place to unwind. Getting around the resort was a breeze, and zipping back and forth to our suite in our golf cart ended up being a really fun way to travel! When we weren't at our suite, we spent time at the main pool area, which is simply beautiful and so relaxing. What truly elevated this trip to a five-star luxury level was the highly caring staff. You really get that exclusive, pampered feeling here. I want to give a special shoutout to a few individuals who made our stay unforgettable: Andy (Our Butler): Andy was phenomenal. He was always smiling and eager to help. He quickly learned our preferences and anticipated our needs, seamlessly taking care of things before we even had to ask. Daniel (Breakfast Waiter): Daniel was a great person to greet us and start our day. He was always friendly and even remembered our specific breakfast orders! Wilfredo (Pool Waiter): Wilfredo provided quick, friendly service by the pool and was always willing to help us with whatever we needed to stay comfortable, including moving the heavy umbrellas to keep us in the shade. Miguel (Dinner Waiter at La Palapa/Beach Deck): We had a wonderful dinner at La Palapa, and Miguel was fantastic—very knowledgeable, friendly, and provided excellent service. My only minor piece of constructive feedback is regarding the resort's dress code. Before our arrival, the dress code was clearly communicated to us (e.g., collared shirts at breakfast, long pants for men at dinner). We packed thoughtfully to make sure we adhered to these rules. However, during our stay, we noticed very few people actually following it, and it didn't seem to be enforced by the resort. We saw a shirtless man at breakfast, and men wearing t-shirts and hats at dinner. It was a bit disheartening, only because we would definitely have packed differently and dressed more comfortably had we known it would be so relaxed. Despite that small detail, Eden Roc is a gorgeous property with world-class service. We left feeling completely refreshed and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-end getaway!"
