"Wonderful place to stay. The decorations in the building are very impressive. The personnel treats you like family from the first second you enter. All services work very efficiently. The room, facing the sea, was extremely beautiful. We visited Italian and Arabesque restaurants. Both of them with delicious food. In the Arabesque we received a special attention from Yousef. He made the dinner very special, giving us the opportunity to taste Egyptian food and drinks. The hotel is together with shopping mall as well. We requested transportation services, also perfect. We are so happy, and we recommend to everybody. We appreciate a lot the kindness of everybody, specially Sofia, working in breakfast restaurant"

I was warmly welcomed by Rowan and Doaa, and also by the new team member Farouk, who, although still settling in, was pleasant, cheerful, and attentive. The overall service was excellent, and the team made me feel very comfortable. Special thanks to Fares, who ensured my shisha was prepared in advance before I headed up to Arabsque. I arrived about 10 minutes before opening, and Mohamed greeted me with a welcoming smile. Upon arrival, everything was perfectly ready, including my favorite shisha flavor. I truly enjoyed the music, atmosphere, and relaxing vibes. The experience ended on a high note with a very warm and thoughtful farewell from Mohamed, which was especially appreciated as I was in a hurry to catch my flight."
