I had the signature massage at the beautiful Chedi Spa in El Gouna, Egypt, which began with a steam and an exfoliation that left my skin wonderfully silky — before Sama had even begun the massage itself. Her technique is outstanding, but what sets her apart is something that simply can’t be taught: genuine empathy, an extraordinary intuition, and the ability to locate problem areas without you having to say a word. That is a gift, not a skill, but sales has that too. I came to her with a shoulder issue following a broken arm, and she helped me regain movement I hadn’t had for some time. I was so impressed I immediately booked a second session — and my daughter and husband both had massages with her too. That says everything. Sama has a warm, lovely personality that puts you completely at ease, and her ability is among the very best I have ever experienced."

"Nice beachside Hotel, everything looks like on the photos. But some areas could use some touch up. Service is good but not up with the standards of a five star hotel excluding the boys at the pool-/beachside and the service staff for the Beach Bar. They did an excellent job. The restaurants were disappointing, the Japanese Restaurant is not a Japanese Restaurant more a Restaurant with an Asian Touch. That was ratheter disappointing. The food in the main Restaurant ist good, some days buffet style and some days à la Carte but a bit repetitive even with changing themes. THe barbeque night was very disappointing as the meat was overcooked. For a one of the Leading Hotels of the world I have to say that the Standards are not quite there and there is some work to do."
