"From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed so warmly and made to feel incredibly special. The staff were absolutely fantastic throughout my entire stay — friendly, attentive and genuinely caring. They went above and beyond to look after me and made sure that I was comfortable and had everything I needed. My room was beautiful, comfortable and so relaxing. It was the perfect place to unwind, and I really enjoyed every moment of my stay. The spa experience was wonderful too. The staff at the spa took such great care of me and made the whole experience feel relaxing and special. The restaurant was another highlight! The staff were fantastic, providing excellent service and making me feel very well looked after. And the food was absolutely scrumptious — every bite was delicious! Overall, I had such an amazing experience from beginning to end. The wonderful staff, relaxing room, lovely spa and delicious food made my stay truly memorable. "UPDATE AUGUST 2026 I wanted to extend my heart warming gratitude to the whole team here at Fairmont Windsor Park for helping to deliver an exceptional 50th birthday dinner celebration. Starting with Tina Israel who worked tirelessly with us for 9 months. Tina would put us first always even sometimes going home later than her usual hours to make sure we were happy. Tina is incredible and a great asset to the Fairmont brand! Huge thanks to Desmond who went out of his way to accommodate our dishes and tweaking a few specials. And to Sam, Reece, Manvill, Orton, and Paras - everyone was just 1st class. We definitely experienced the fine dining. And John in In room dining who is always polite and helpful. Fairmont are so lucky to have the above employees as mentioned. Everything went to plan 100% and every single member of team went out of their way to make the Mander party the best.
