"Perfect hotel! Located in a great, central, and quiet area. Every little detail is so well thought out - from the heated bathroom floors to the fresh cream in the fridge for coffee/tea to the gym and yoga studios to the nightly pillows. I don't always sleep well at hotels, but this room was so quiet, the bed and pillows were so comfortable. I actually wished I had spent more time just hanging at the hotel instead of exploring! I felt so taken care of at this hotel and everyone was so kind, warm, and helpful. I will absolutely stay here every time I'm in London!"

"Recently stayed for my partners birthday. The staff were warm and inviting and made us feel welcome every time we walked through the door. The hotel has a great decor, it felt modern, with warm tones and wood throughout. The staff made an effort to ask us for any feedback on departure which made us feel like valued guests.
