"I don’t often want to write a review but had to for this one. The hotel was brilliant. Check in was done with a lovely receptionist who was so friendly and complimentary arrival drinks was such a nice touch. Everything you could want was there including a cafe on site which we loved. The design of the hotel was great - despite being a really big central hotel it had boutique vibes. Plus all the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again! Small considerations - you can hear everything in the hallways and from the rooms when in the hallway so some soundproofing would be good. Pillows were a bit soft. That’s it though everything else was perfect"
