"I stayed at the COMO Metropolitan London for one night at the beginning of March, and it was exactly what I needed for a quick catch-up with a couple of old friends. From the moment I arrived, the hotel felt like a calm, sophisticated sanctuary right on Park Lane, just steps from Hyde Park. The location is unbeatable – easy walks to Marble Arch, great restaurants, and quick Tube access without any of the usual central London chaos. My room was spacious (especially by London standards), beautifully designed with those signature clean lines, huge windows letting in plenty of light, and incredibly comfortable bedding that guaranteed a great sleep after a long evening of chatting and laughing. The bathroom was a highlight too – rainfall shower, divine COMO Shambhala products that smelled like pure luxury, and everything spotlessly clean. The staff were genuinely warm and attentive without being over-the-top. They handled a couple of small requests for my friends seamlessly and made us feel truly welcome. We didn’t have time for the spa or Nobu this visit, but the overall vibe of the hotel made our short reunion feel special and effortless. If you’re looking for a stylish, well-located base in Mayfair for business, friends, or a quick escape, this is it. I was very impressed and would happily return for a longer stay next time.
