"This is a stunning building in Knightsbridge, located next door to Hyde Park and very close to Harrods and Harvey Nichols. We were lucky to be upgraded to a suite and had a separate living room, bedroom and two bathrooms. There was a bath within the large shower area. There is a spa, very good gym and lots of bars and restaurants within the property. Everything is beautifully and traditionally fitted out. Breakfast was superb, as were the staff throughout."

"We wanted to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary in style, and following a few visits to the Mandarin Bar I wanted to stay for the long Easter weekend, as a surprise for my wife. I contacted the Guest Experience team to plan the surprise and they went over and above to ensure that we had a beautiful room, a fantastic welcome, memorable delivery of the surprise to my wife (thank you Lucas!), and a few more treats to make the stay incredibly memorable. We were treated to welcome drinks, a romantic treat and rose petal arrangement in our room, great tables for breakfast overlooking Hyde Park (horse-back guard changes on view), and full but discreet recognition from all the staff of our celebration. The Friends of Mandarin Oriental membership is well worth signing up to for the extra treats and add-ons. We also used the spa facilities which made for a very relaxing afternoon. The pool is lovely, we also used the sauna and revitalising pools too. These facilities are segregated into male only and female only which added to the relaxation. The hotel is in a great position, amazing shopping on one side, fantastic walks around Hyde Park and access to other areas of London on the other. We’ve had London breaks before, but none have given us the same feeling of hospitality and pampering, as well as relaxation that the team at M.O. Hyde Park gave us. We’ll be back. "My wife and I stayed there for our 22nd anniversary. We traveled from Florida United States overnight flight and Ruby at the front desk was more than helpful to help us to get a room quickly and allow us to get out on the town and start our vacation. Everyone in the hotel was exceptionally nice. We went to the bar for drinks and the waitress. Zoey was extremely helpful having my drink ready before I even sat down. Breakfast was delicious and all the food was amazing. My wife did get a massage and said that it was one of the best she’s ever had. Thanks for making our stay magical. Would highly recommend"
