It is immediately apparent that he leads by example and that the culture of the hotel starts with him. We were fortunate enough to meet him during our stay, and his kindness, professionalism and genuine care for guests perfectly reflect the spirit of The Cadogan. Luxury hotels can offer beautiful rooms, fine dining and elegant surroundings. What distinguishes the truly great ones is how they make you feel. "We just returned from 8 nights at this fabulous hotel. This is a wonderful Belmond property with a low key but classy vibe in a great neighborhood. You have 2 tube stops nearby along with Pavillion Road shops and restaurants plus the Sloan Square and Kings Road businesses. Harrods is also a quick walk. Definitely don’t skip a visit to the private garden across the street. We stayed in a deluxe junior suite which had a beautiful bathroom. Reviews have mentioned that regular rooms may have tight space. The service is incredible and you feel both professionalism and warmth from the staff. We had a delicious dinner at Willetts. It’s an expensive stay but so are all the top hotels in London. I can’t wait to return to The Cadogan on my next London trip."
