"An excellent location, right in the heart of things, yet this hotel offers a quiet haven for those who appreciate quality and comfort. We had a sky attic room with wonderful views. The room was very clean, spacious and tastefully decorated. Can strongly recommend this hotel."

"A lovely hotel with an incredible staff. The service could not have been any better. The only downside was their signature restaurant, Boon Nam, where the waiter was rude and the food was marginal. We ended up eating dinner the next night in their bar, and I had a BLT, which was quite good. The bar also had a lot of fun specialty drinks. The other restaurant option was not available because an event was booked into it. The hotel is also following a current trend of placing scent diffusers in their rooms, which I do not care for."

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay @ the Hotel St George last October. I arrived rather late in the evening but nonetheless was warmly greeted and efficiently checked-in by Woorim. He had also left a nice Welcome gift in my hotel room. Thank you again, Woorim. In terms of the hotel's location, it is a 15 m-walk from the train station and ideally situated to visit the main sites of interest in Helsinki--whether eventually either by foot, tram, bike, car or boat. And directly across the street is Vanha Kirrkopuisto (i.e., Old Church Park), which is a nice park to sit and watch the day go by. The hotel has a wonderful art collection on display throughout the hotel and it has all the usual amenities that you would expect, including a spa, which is adjacent to the hotel. My room overlooked the park and it was well-maintained and quiet. I really appreciated the heated floor in the bathroom given the time of year that I visited. The cleaning staff did an excellent job maintaining my room during my stay. I booked my breakfast with my reservation and the breakfast was excellent. Also, at breakfast I could tell the broad appeal of the hotel given the mix of single vacation travellers, business travellers, couples, and families. Note: For Marriott Bonvoy members, you do not receive breakfast as part of your stay unless you add it to your reservation. Points are offered in lieu though. Overall, I was very happy with my stay at the Hotel St George. So much so, that I will be visiting again in April. Looking forward to it!"
