"Amazing vacation and gorgeous resort!!! Just returned from the a 6 night stay at the resort with my husband and three kids (ages 17, 14 and 12) and we had two rooms in the Soukana building (one with a patio on the corner top floor). The design and beauty of the island is exceptional. The hotel buildings, restaurants, pools, etc. are all beautifully decorated; it's clear they worked long and hard the renovation. The setting is stunning with cute Bandol across the way and this very sweet, sort of retro, island. While there were people who venture over for the day to use the little beach or to eat, they limit the amount of people coming by boat and only allow them to come starting at 10 am so the island feels populated and not isolated but also not at all crowded. They've struck a good balance. EVERYBODY who works there is genuinely happy and friendly. I wish I could remember all of the names but truly, every meal and every interaction was warm and kind and honestly, to me that's one of the most important things about a hotel/resort. When we were leaving there were four people sending us off, waving until we were out of sight on the boat. I thought that encapsulated the hospitality they offer. On top of that, they left France jerseys in the kids' rooms one night, tshirts another and towels as a parting gift. Very sweet! There is a beautiful bowl of fruit left in each room that they replenish if needed daily and a sweet snack left at turn down. It feels very intentional. However, one thing lacking was water. I had to call twice one night to have water sent up. Also, at the pool, they gave us each a cup of water. It would be nice to have several bottles of filtered or bottled water left in the room and to have an ice bucket with water set at the chairs at the pool. The pool service was generally a little off. Soukana seems to be where all of the families were because Delos pool is 16 and up. They don't come around enough to ask if you want a drink. There's a bar there and while I don't mind walking over it felt a little desolate with staff mainly staying over by the bar and not circulating. Also, the pool food menu is strange offering only about four "wellness" dishes. Soukana pool is generally where the families were so I think it would be nice if they eventually created a decent pool menu so you don't feel like you have to go over to the restaurant each lunch with the kids who are having fun. None of this tarnished my visit but are some suggestions since they are a new resort. Nonna Bazaar restaurant was delish! It's a pretty big menu so we ate there several times for lunch and dinner and I could change it up on my order and each item was very good. Great setting! Soukana restaurant is Asian cuisine and also very good. Great meals overall and wonderful people with the most beautiful light. Soukana also has a wonderful rooftop bar. Beautiful tennis courts and pickleball and they do have bikes. I would suggest adding some kid sized bikes as well. They also offer stand up paddle, kayaks, ping pong, a really nice gym and spa but I didn't get a chance to go. No doubt it's top tier. Overall, I would highly recommend!"

"We absolutely loved our stay at Zannier Île de Bendor. We were upgraded to the most beautiful sea-view room imaginable, a room seemingly hanging over the cliff directly above the sea. It felt like a dream. Everyone on the island was incredibly kind and welcoming, and we would like to sincerely thank the entire team for their warmth and hospitality. As the hotel has only recently opened, there are still a few service details to refine. For example, if you need a buggy, it’s often quicker to walk rather than call and wait. Another thing we found a little surprising was the lack of complimentary water. While the team delivers a lovely little cake during turndown service each evening, there is no complimentary water provided in the room or at the pool area. For a property of this caliber, that felt slightly out of place. That said, these are minor points in what was otherwise a wonderful experience. We stayed in Dellos and absolutely loved its glamorous style. Everything feels brand new, fresh, and impeccably clean. The attention to detail throughout the property is impressive. And don’t miss the crêpe café, it’s fantastic! The spa is also beautiful, complete with a lovely tea room that makes the experience even more relaxing. We especially enjoyed Nonna restaurant. The food is of exceptionally high quality, the portions are generous, and the mezze platter is a must-order. We also preferred breakfast at Soukana, as it offered healthier options. Be sure to stop by Soukana for a drink at sunset—the views are simply magical. My only suggestion for management would be to place a mirror in the gym. There currently isn’t one, and for guests doing strength training, a mirror is important for checking posture and form. Other than that, we want to thank everyone once again for their kindness and dedication. We wholeheartedly recommend this extraordinary destination and cannot wait to return."
