"I stayed there for 4 nights in total on two different floors. Its a nice, hip hotel and the shower gel /hand soap smell lovely. Service and breakfast is good (except need to pay for gourmet coffee, only filtered coffee is free). The internet connection is very poor in the rooms - either not working most of the time or extremely slow if working. If you need to work or have online meetings then I would choose a different hotel until they have upgraded the wifi connection."

"I wanted to share a few things about this hotel that are both great and, unfortunately, a bit disappointing in a very unexpected way. First of all, the hotel itself is beautiful. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is very polite and welcoming. The one thing that really surprised me was the restaurant policy. I came here on a business trip. I had been traveling since early morning and only had breakfast before arriving. Once I got to the hotel in the afternoon, I immediately started working from my room. I only had about an hour between remote meetings to eat, so my only option was to have lunch at the hotel restaurant while continuing to work, which I thought made perfect sense, especially since they serve local food. However, when I arrived at around 5 PM, sat down in a restaurant that was about 80% empty, asked for the menu, and opened my laptop, I was told they could not serve me because using a laptop in the restaurant is against hotel policy. I completely understand that restaurants may have certain policies, especially when they're busy. But I don't understand this policy when it's the only restaurant in the hotel I paid to stay at while traveling for work. There was no real alternative for having a proper meal while working, and the room service menu was very limited, with mostly burgers and tom yum. I've traveled to many countries for work, and this is honestly the first hotel I've stayed at that doesn't allow its own guests to work on a laptop while ordering food in its restaurant. It was a huge disappointment because, to me, hotels are first and foremost about convenience and guest service. Again, I think the hotel itself is great, but I genuinely believe policies like this should only exist when guests have other reasonable alternatives."

"Don’t get me wrong, there are many good things about this hotel. It’s an interesting industrial design and the rooms, if dimly lit, are spacious and functional. But I have stayed here twice on business and found it very difficult to sleep on some nights. On one side of the hotel there is traffic and the other a garden bar with loud music playing until after midnight. Not good for business travellers."

"This is a fun and quirky hotel in a great Tbilisi location. Rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. It offers a great breakfast for a country where most don't eat breakfast (or at least this is what our guides told us). The AC was cool and the bed comfy."

"It has its own authentic concept, with a cozy atmosphere, less lighting, and a different colors. We really enjoyed our stay there. The rooms facing the street were a bit noisy, so we switched to a garden-side room, which was perfect. Breakfast was average, with a limited selection. If you arrive a bit later, some items may already be gone, and you might have to wait for them to be replenished. The coffee, unfortunately, was a disappointment. Other than that, everything was great. The location is excellent."
