"Many thanks to Victor J.H. Tinguely and the team at Château Royal Berlin for the wonderful welcome during my visit two weeks ago. The rooms, luxuriously furnished with high ceilings, are very reminiscent of 1920s Berlin. Every room, every piece in it, is unique. Art comes alive in this building—modern works within a traditional structure come together to create a timeless combination. I couldn’t pass up the chance to try the lunch menu at the Château Royal restaurant. Suffice it to say: I’ve rarely eaten better, not even at my grandmother’s (even the bread and butter were unbelievably good). And when the kitchen manages to conjure up a delicious sorbet from sorrel, it becomes clear: only culinary artistry and the finest quality are served here. The non-alcoholic house beer (a craft beer) was also fantastic—cold and refreshing. The staff was attentive, helpful, polite, and yet always ready for a little joke. Just as you’d expect from a boutique hotel of this caliber. There’s even a music room with freely accessible instruments, records, and a record player. A dream come true for music lovers. A fantastic hotel, with service and food of the very highest caliber."

"This is a wonderful hotel! I especially loved the ambience — it’s calm, beautiful, and so well maintained. The location is absolutely superb and very convenient. What stood out the most was the incredibly friendly team. Their warmth and attention made the stay truly special. For me, everything was perfect.
