Between them, the rooftop breakfast room deploys walnut ceiling fins, curved white soffits, and slim brushed-steel columns in a composition that feels closer to mid-century Scandinavian modernism than Bavarian tradition — a productive contradiction that the Bayerischer Hof has long made its own.
