"Very disappointing experience Unfortunately, our visit to Manko at the One&Only was extremely disappointing. Several dishes were served incorrectly, and even the mustard arrived when I had almost finished my meal. The service was unfriendly, unprofessional and seemed completely overwhelmed. What was most disappointing was that there was no apology and no gesture whatsoever when the bill arrived — not even the incorrectly served items were removed. For a luxury resort of this level, we expected much better service and professionalism."

"WORST EXPERIENCE. Food poisoning whole family!! So bad. Still suffering from it! Our family holiday at One&Only Aesthesis was unfortunately cut short by a very distressing experience. Several members of my family became seriously ill during our stay, and I became so unwell that I required a doctor, an ambulance, and a hospital visit. My daughter and husband also became ill, and my husband is still suffering from symptoms and we are all experiencing extreme fatigue. We ultimately had to leave Greece three days early, losing a significant amount of money on unused accommodation, emergency flights, medical expenses, and transit arrangements. What was particularly disappointing was that, despite the resort being fully aware that I had required an ambulance and hospital treatment, no member of management came to check on me or my family. I do want to acknowledge the wonderful physician, housekeeping staff, and security staff member Nick, who were genuinely kind and supportive. However, overall, this was an incredibly upsetting experience that turned what was supposed to be a special family holiday into a medical and financial nightmare. I sincerely hope the resort takes our experience and its food-safety concerns seriously."

"We wanted to stay at a place that is close to Athens, the Four Seasons was fully booked so we booked the One&Only. The hotel is new and the design is nice, however we found the service to be below average, the view to be mediocre and the service to be below expectations. Considering the price we expected a lot more, a lot more. If the Four Seasons is fully booked, drive further away from Athens, pay less and get much much more."

"I can’t speak highly enough of this hotel. My wife and I travel internationally quite a few times a year for vacation and this is seriously the best hotel I’ve ever been to in my life. I loved it so much. I’m actually writing this review instead of using AI. 😂 The service was impeccable. Like, perfect. Food is incredible. The rooms are beautiful. They probably have the most comfortable beds ever. All in all, the one thing that really separates the One and Only from other luxury resorts is their willingness to go above and beyond to support your every request. If you need something from a local shop, they will literally send somebody to get it for you and they don’t nickel and dime you for the service. Lastly, the gym is top notch if you’re seriously into fitness. Full on squat rack with a real oly bar and bumper plates. I’ll go so far as to say it’s the best gym I’ve been to in the world for someone who actually does oly/powerlifting."

"My parents and I stayed for 11 days in wonderful One&Only Aesthesis and enjoyed our stay immensely! We were upgraded to two beautifully appointed connecting sea view rooms, so conveniently located in the main building and therefore near all the most important resort facilities (breakfast restaurant, main pools and beach). My mother even received beautiful birthday cake and card, such a wonderful touch!🥰 There are so many facilities, we used main pool, spa pool (both wonderful and perfectly heated) as well as both main hotel beach and Manko beach which is complimentary for hotel guests!☺️ Breakfast is great and plentiful, and we really liked Sumosan (Japanese) and Manko (Peruvian) restaurants. I also used gym every day that is open 24/7 and very well equipped. Resort location is great, in the immediate vicinity of Ark and Barbarossa restaurants, and just a 10 min drive from Vouliagmeni and Astir Marina. We also went to Athens and Pireus and all restaurants and taxis reservations were promptly made by great concierge team that is at your disposal all the time through What's App.😊 However, despite all terrific amenities, resort's greatest asset are their staff, that are always happy to assist you, sweet and cordial so you feel truly pampered throughout your stay. Literally all of them, from front desk staff, to buggy drivers, houskeeping, pool, gym, reception, breakfast staff, they are so wonderful and dedicated to make your stay perfect!😃 We could definitely stay for at least one more week, that is how much we enjoyed ourselves at this magnificent place!🤩 Thank you One&Only team for making our stay truly magical, we can't wait to return!
