The amenities overall are impressive, highlighted by a breathtaking gym that, while incredible in layout, can get quite congested during peak hours. Additionally, while all rooms technically overlook the ocean, the directness and quality of the view vary noticeably depending on your specific room location. The culinary experience was easily the standout highlight of the entire stay. The food is spectacular—so remarkably prepared and presented. On the service side, the team is filled with warm, attentive staff who make you feel genuinely cared for. However, the operational execution can feel a bit unrefined for a high-end resort: housekeeping was merely okay, and turndown service was only provided once throughout the stay. Ultimately, Acro Hotel earns a solid 4 out of 5 stars. It is an exceptional resort if you value striking design, impressive views, and top-tier dining, even if the heavy influencer atmosphere and minor service lapses keep it just shy of a classic five-star luxury standard."

"Acro Suites is not simply a hotel. It is a place designed for being together. Built into the cliffs above the Cretan Sea, the resort feels secluded, sensual and completely removed from everyday life. The architecture uses stone, wood and natural materials in a way that makes the property feel embedded in the landscape rather than placed on top of it. The private pools, uninterrupted sea views and constant sound of the waves create an atmosphere that feels made for honeymoons, anniversaries, proposals or simply reconnecting without distraction. There are no children, very little noise and no pressure to do anything at all. This is not a traditional beach holiday, although a small beach is nearby. It is a place for guests who are happy to remain in their own private world — swimming, resting, eating, talking and listening to the sea. What remains most clearly from our stay is the feeling of complete calm and privacy. Few hotels feel as naturally romantic as Acro Suites. We would return without hesitation."
