"We celebrated our wedding at the Minos Beach Art Hotel, and we couldn’t have made a better choice. The experience was perfect and began many months before our stay. The hotel’s guest relations manager, Helena, helped us organize an intimate wedding from distance with dedication and total availability, which made the whole experience feel like family and provided care before, during, and after our stay that exceeded our best expectations. On top of that, we received an incredible room upgrade for us, the bride and groom. We brought our family with us, and everyone was impressed by the service, the amenities, and the attention to detail. The hotel is spectacular, the staff is incredible, the food is delicious and beautifully presented, the water is crystal clear, and the scenery is magical. We will definitely return to relive these unforgettable days spent in Agios Nikolaos."

"Fantastic sunny destination very convenient to Agios Nikolaos. Can walk to town. Charming grounds with shade from landscaping. Individual villas, some with better seaside access than others. The main pool never seems too crowded, N.B. pool is not heated. Many chairs on a small beach or on rock decks next to Sea. Can jump in to swim also. A few villas have plunge pools, if you can afford this, it changes the whole dynamic and adds a level of privacy and luxury well worth it. Breakfast is very good, plentiful. On site restaurants are very good and sophisticated. Parking is a moderate challenge in the small lots but valet will park for you if needed. Generally very nice staff. Pre arrival planning is helpful but three is an element of mystery involved for those accustomed to verification and iron clad arrangements (true for Greece generally). Maybe one hour drive on highway from Heraklion. Great spot to enjoy a holiday."

"Was very excited to stay here with my boyfriend for our holiday after a work trip out in Greece. It was very pleasant, but we had a few critiques which unfortunately made us unsatisfied in a few areas. One being that we stayed for 4 nights, and there was no spa availability for all 4 days until the day we leave. So we didn’t get to enjoy that. Also, for 2 out of the 4 days, our room had no WiFi, and we had to bring this to their attention on multiple occasions. We stayed in a waterfront bungalow room which had beautiful views, but the room itself doesn’t live up the 5 star rating. There was even some ants in our room. However, the five star rating I believe comes from the restaurants and property itself. All restaurants were phenomenal, some of the best food we’ve had in Greece! Also the property is stunning and I love how large it is, we really didn’t even explore the island because we wanted to just enjoy our sun-beds. It was so peaceful waking up to the views! The front desk staff could be a bit more welcoming (she didn’t seem too friendly with other people either I noticed), but everyone who worked at the restaurants, bars, and even the chef were extremely kind and friendly. Overall, it didn’t meet my expectations, but it was still a lovely stay that I got to experience with my boyfriend!"
